Service Description
Team Building Workshop for Leadership Teams A Group of Leaders in a Room Is Not the Same as a Leadership Team. You have talented people sitting around your table. Individually, they're capable. But are they truly functioning as a team — or are they just a collection of individuals who happen to share a meeting time? Here's what high-performing leadership teams have that others don't: shared trust, honest communication, clarity about roles, and the ability to navigate conflict without it destroying relationships. These things don't develop by accident. They are built — intentionally, skillfully, and together. This dynamic, one-day Team Building Workshop is designed specifically for school-based and district-level leadership teams who are ready to stop operating in silos and start leading as a unified force. Whether your team is newly formed, stuck in dysfunction, or simply ready to reach the next level, this workshop creates the environment and the tools to make that shift happen. What Your Team Will Experience: This is not a day of icebreakers and trust falls. It is a professionally facilitated, hands-on experience grounded in Maxwell Leadership principles and the DISC behavioral model. Your team will engage in interactive activities, real-world scenarios, and honest conversations that uncover how your team actually communicates, makes decisions, handles conflict, and supports one another — and where the gaps are costing you. Together, we will explore your team's collective DISC profile to understand why certain dynamics keep repeating — and what to do about it. We'll examine the strengths each member brings, identify blind spots the team may not see, and build a shared language for how you work together going forward. Your team will leave with more than good feelings. They will leave with a concrete action plan and a deeper understanding of each other that changes how they show up Monday morning. This Workshop Is For: Principal and assistant principal teams. District cabinet and central office teams. Instructional leadership teams. Any team that knows they're capable of more and is willing to do the work to get there. Format: Full-day, in-person workshop Customization: Every workshop is tailored to your team's specific needs, challenges, and goals.
